Laura La France is a filmmaker and editor from Treaty 6 Territory. Laura shoots in a variety of styles and formats, with a focus on Super 8 film production and editing. Under Big Mimic Productions, Laura works on music videos, documentaries, wedding films, and sometimes commercial stuff.

Laura is currently working on a short documentary film funded by the Alberta Foundation for the Arts. She sits on the board of directors for NorthWestFest and works as a digital and 35mm projectionist for Edmonton's Metro Cinema.
